TL;DR
- Regie.ai publishes the most transparent pricing in the category, at $180 per user monthly annually with a 10-seat minimum, or $499 per user monthly with a 5-seat minimum for the fuller product.
- 11x publishes contradictory figures across its own properties, ranging from $3,750 monthly billed annually to a stated $36,000 per year, with Vendr recording a median of $40,125.
- Artisan has moved to quote-scoped pricing, with third parties reporting anything from $280 monthly to $5,000 monthly.
- AiSDR advertises from $250 monthly on its own site while third parties report an Explore floor of $900 monthly, billed quarterly.
- Category churn is reported at 50 to 70% annually. Price the probability that you cancel within twelve months into the purchase.

Why AI SDR pricing is so hard to compare
This is the least transparent pricing of any category we have researched, and the opacity is structural rather than accidental.
Three things make comparison difficult. Vendors price on different units, so one charges per lead contacted, another per seat, another per meeting booked, and a fourth on a flat subscription. Advertised prices routinely exclude data, which is the largest variable cost in outbound. And several vendors publish figures on their own websites that contradict figures on their own other pages.
That last point deserves emphasis. 11x lists Alice at $3,750 monthly billed annually on one page and states a start of $36,000 per year on another. Those figures are close but not equal, and third-party sources cite $5,000 monthly for 3,000 contacts. AiSDR advertises from $250 monthly while third parties consistently report an Explore floor of $900.
We are not asserting bad faith. Rapid repricing plus stale pages produces exactly this pattern. But the practical consequence for a buyer is that no figure in this article, including ours, should be used for budgeting without a written quote.

The four pricing models in this category
Most vendors blend two of these, which is part of why comparison is hard.
Flat subscription. A fixed monthly fee for a defined capability. Predictable, and the easiest to budget. The risk is paying the same whether the system produces 50 meetings or five.
Per seat. Regie.ai's model. Familiar from conventional software, and it scales with team size rather than with output. The oddity in an AI SDR context is that the product's premise is doing work without headcount, so charging per human seat sits awkwardly with the pitch.
Per meeting or per outcome. You pay when something happens. This is the most aligned model and the rarest, because it transfers risk to the vendor. Where it exists, check the definition of a qualified meeting carefully, since the definition is where the value sits.
Usage or credit based. Per lead contacted, per message sent, or per contact enriched. 11x prices on leads rather than sends, which is unusual and arguably more honest, since it means you are not charged for volume that goes nowhere. The difficulty is forecasting consumption before deployment.
The category splits into three price bands regardless of model: light automation at $50 to $500 monthly, full agentic products at $1,000 to $3,000, and enterprise deployments at $5,000 and above.
1. 11x
Best for: Teams wanting a fully agentic outbound product with voice and chat alongside email, and with budget at the upper end of the category.
11x is the most visible name in AI SDR and the most complicated to evaluate. Alice handles email outbound, Julian covers voice and chat. Pricing is on leads contacted rather than emails sent, which is a more buyer-aligned unit than most competitors use. The package bundles CRM sync, onboarding, deliverability management, and mailbox setup, which are real costs elsewhere.
Pricing: Alice from $3,750 monthly billed annually on one 11x page, and stated as starting at $36,000 per year on another. Julian Voice at $5,333 monthly and Julian Chat at $2,417 monthly. Third parties cite $5,000 monthly for 3,000 contacts and 15,000 emails, roughly $1.67 per contact. Vendr records a median of $40,125 annually with a typical range of $38,250 to $65,550.
Where it falls short: No dialer. Reviewers report templated personalisation, which is the core failure mode of the category. And the company's history requires disclosure: TechCrunch reported in March 2025 that 11x had listed non-customers including ZoomInfo and Airtable as customers, with some threatening legal action, had claimed roughly $10M ARR against roughly $3M retained, had counted three-month trials as full-year contracts, and that engineers had said the products barely worked.
That reporting is over a year old and the company has continued to raise capital, with Benchmark leading a $24M Series A and a16z a $50M Series B. It is not disqualifying. It is material to a purchase decision involving a $36,000 to $65,000 annual commitment, and it is a reason to demand reference customers you can contact directly.
Verdict: The strongest fit where budget supports the upper band and voice or chat is genuinely needed. Verify references independently and negotiate a shorter initial term than the vendor proposes.
2. Artisan
Best for: Teams wanting an AI SDR with integrated website visitor tracking and a large contact database included.
Artisan bundles a 250M+ verified contact database, Salesforce and HubSpot sync, and website visitor tracking that feeds campaigns directly. That last capability is a genuine differentiator, since most competitors require you to wire a separate visitor identification tool.
Pricing: The current pricing page is quote-scoped into Team at roughly 2,500 leads contacted monthly, Scale at roughly 6,000, and Enterprise custom. Third parties cite an Intern tier at $280 monthly and an Employee tier at $600 to $660 monthly, which is $7,200 annually, plus a free tier at 300 credits monthly. Other estimates put real deployments at $2,000 to $5,000+ monthly.
Where it falls short: The gap between $280 monthly and $5,000 monthly in reported figures is the widest in this comparison and makes budgeting from public sources impossible. The move to quote-scoped pricing removed the self-serve trial that previously let buyers validate fit cheaply. As with the category generally, personalisation quality is the thing to test rather than assume.
Verdict: The strongest fit where integrated visitor tracking removes a tool you would otherwise buy. Get a written quote at your actual lead volume before forming a view on cost.
3. Regie.ai
Best for: Teams that want published pricing and an AI layer that augments reps rather than replacing them.
Regie.ai is the only vendor in this comparison publishing per-seat figures openly, which is worth something in a category this opaque. Its RegieOne positioning puts agent tasks and human tasks in one workflow rather than running the AI as a separate system, and that framing aligns with the strongest evidence in this category, covered below.
The Force Multiplier Rep tier is unusually well specified: 1,000 accounts and 4,000 contacts in monthly data credits, a parallel dialer up to 9 lines, 10 mailboxes with domain provisioning and 2 months of warming, research agents producing reasons to engage, bounce verification, and job change detection.
Pricing: AI SEP at $180 per user monthly billed annually with a 10-seat minimum, so $1,800 monthly at the floor. Force Multiplier Rep at $499 per user monthly billed annually with a 5-seat minimum, so $2,495 monthly at the floor. Reply.io reports Regie quotes starting at $35,000 annually, which is consistent with the Force Multiplier floor plus growth.
Where it falls short: The seat minimums are the constraint. A 10-seat minimum on AI SEP excludes small teams entirely, and a 5-seat minimum on Force Multiplier means $29,940 annually before you have evaluated whether it works. Per-seat pricing also sits oddly with a product whose premise is reducing dependence on headcount.
Verdict: The strongest fit where you have a team of five or more reps and want the AI to make them more productive rather than replace them. The published pricing and included data credits make it the easiest of these to budget.
4. AiSDR and Reply.io Jason AI
AiSDR prices on AI messages. Explore at $900 monthly covers 1,200 messages, Grow at $2,500 monthly covers 4,500, and Enterprise adds visitor tracking, a dedicated FTE, and SOC 2 Type 2. Billing is quarterly with no monthly option, cancellation is permitted at any time, mid-quarter upgrades are prorated, and annual commitment saves 20%. Unlimited users on all plans is a genuine advantage against per-seat competitors. The company's own site advertises from $250 monthly, which conflicts with the $900 Explore floor reported elsewhere and should be clarified before budgeting.
Reply.io Jason AI is the most granular. AI SDR Starter runs from $500 monthly annually for 1,000 active contacts, $800 for 2,000, and $1,000 for 3,000. Growth runs $1,500 for 5,000 contacts and $3,000 for 10,000. Core Reply.io is separate, from $49 per user monthly on email volume, with LinkedIn at $69 monthly per account and calls plus SMS at $29 monthly per account. Amplemarket's analysis puts the realised stack at $56,000 to $103,000 annually at 25 users, which is a useful reminder that channel add-ons compound.
What is excluded from the advertised price
The advertised figure is rarely the invoice. Four exclusions recur.
Data. Most vendors charge for contact data separately or cap it tightly. Regie.ai is the exception, bundling 1,000 accounts and 4,000 contacts monthly into Force Multiplier. If a vendor does not state its data allowance, assume you are buying data separately at $49 to $250 monthly minimum.
Sending infrastructure. Some vendors include mailboxes and warming, as Regie.ai does with 10 mailboxes and 2 months of warming, and as 11x does. Others expect you to bring your own, which adds $40 to $450 monthly depending on volume.
Implementation and onboarding. Setup periods of two to four weeks are normal in this category, and some vendors charge for them. Ask whether onboarding is included or billed.
Overage. Usage-priced products bill for exceeding allowances, and the overage rate is frequently worse than the marginal rate inside the plan. Get the overage rate in writing.
The practical instruction is to request a quote that states the all-in monthly cost at your intended volume, including data, mailboxes, onboarding, and the overage rate. Vendors that will not provide that are telling you something.
AI SDR cost against a human SDR
The comparison every vendor invites is against a human SDR, and it is worth doing carefully.
11x's own framing puts a fully loaded human SDR at $8,000 to $12,000 monthly, which is $96,000 to $144,000 annually. Sera's analysis puts a UK human SDR at £60,000 to £110,000 annually against AI SDR setup at $7,000 to $45,000 annually.
On those numbers an AI SDR at $36,000 to $65,000 annually undercuts a human by a wide margin. Three adjustments complicate that.
First, most teams do not replace a human with an AI SDR. They add the AI to an existing team, so the cost is additive rather than substitutive, and the human salary line does not disappear.
Second, output is not equivalent. Dashly's head-to-head comparison found human SDRs generating $147,000 against AI at $56,000, roughly 2.6x, with meeting show rates of 71% against 52%. A cheaper system producing less is not automatically better value.
Third, a self-built stack undercuts a packaged AI SDR by a reported 60 to 80% where an SDR or RevOps owner already exists. Clay plus a sequencer plus infrastructure runs $500 to $1,500 monthly against $3,000 to $5,000 for a packaged product, and the difference is the labour of building and maintaining it.
The honest conclusion is that AI SDR products are cheaper than a human SDR and produce less. Whether the ratio favours them depends on your specific numbers, and any vendor presenting the salary comparison without the output comparison is presenting half the argument.
The churn number that should govern this decision
The most important figure in this category is not a price.
AI SDR churn is reported at 50 to 70% annually across multiple sources including UserGems, Autobound, Leadriver, and 11x's own content. That is roughly double human SDR turnover. Gartner separately predicts that more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027.
If the base rate is that half to two thirds of buyers stop within a year, the expected cost of an annual contract is not the annual figure. It is the annual figure multiplied by a meaningful probability that you stop using it partway through and keep paying.
Three consequences follow for how you buy.
Prefer shorter terms even at a worse rate. A twelve-month contract at a 20% discount is a bad trade against a monthly contract if there is a 50% chance you cancel at month five. AiSDR's quarterly billing with cancel-anytime is the most buyer-friendly structure here for that reason.
Define the success metric before signing. Meetings booked, qualified pipeline, or replies at a defined quality bar. Vendors will report activity volume, which is not the same thing and is always favourable.
Run a paid pilot at the smallest viable commitment. The category's churn rate is evidence that outcomes are hard to predict in advance. Structure the purchase so that discovering it does not work is cheap.
The augmentation finding is the other side of this. Teams augmenting human reps report 2.8x more pipeline than teams replacing them, and UserGems reports that 45% of sales teams now run hybrid models. The vendors positioned around augmentation rather than replacement, Regie.ai most explicitly, are aligned with where the evidence points.
Which approach fits which team
| Your situation | Recommendation | Reasoning |
|---|---|---|
| Want published, budgetable pricing | Regie.ai | The only transparent per-seat pricing here |
| Team of 5 to 10 reps, augmentation goal | Regie.ai Force Multiplier | Data, mailboxes, and dialer included |
| Need voice and chat alongside email | 11x Julian | Few competitors cover voice |
| Want visitor tracking feeding campaigns | Artisan | Integrated rather than a separate tool |
| Cannot commit annually | AiSDR | Quarterly billing, cancel anytime |
| Under 5 reps | None of these | Seat minimums and floors exclude you |
| Have RevOps or GTM engineering capacity | Build the stack | Reported 60 to 80% cheaper than packaged |
| Budget under $2,000 monthly | Reply.io Jason AI Starter | From $500 monthly at 1,000 contacts |
| Evaluating 11x specifically | Demand contactable references | March 2025 reporting on customer claims is material |

FAQ: AI SDR pricing
How much does 11x cost?
Reported figures conflict across 11x's own properties. Alice is listed at $3,750 monthly billed annually on one page and as starting at $36,000 per year on another. Third parties cite $5,000 monthly for 3,000 contacts. Vendr records a median of $40,125 annually with a typical range of $38,250 to $65,550. Julian Voice is reported at $5,333 monthly and Julian Chat at $2,417 monthly.
Which AI SDR publishes the clearest pricing?
Regie.ai, at $180 per user monthly annually with a 10-seat minimum for AI SEP, and $499 per user monthly with a 5-seat minimum for Force Multiplier Rep. It also specifies exactly what data, mailboxes, and dialer capacity are included, which most competitors do not.
Why does AiSDR advertise $250 monthly when others report $900?
The $250 figure appears on AiSDR's own site while third-party sources consistently report an Explore floor of $900 monthly for 1,200 AI messages. The most likely explanation is a stale page or a promotional rate. Clarify in writing before budgeting, and note that billing is quarterly rather than monthly.
Is an AI SDR cheaper than hiring a human?
On cost, yes. A fully loaded human SDR runs $8,000 to $12,000 monthly against $3,000 to $5,000 for a packaged AI product. On output, no. Dashly's head-to-head found humans generating $147,000 against AI at $56,000, with meeting show rates of 71% against 52%. Most teams add AI to an existing team rather than replacing anyone, so the saving is often theoretical.
What is the churn rate in this category?
Reported at 50 to 70% annually across multiple sources, roughly double human SDR turnover, and Gartner predicts more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027. Buy on the shortest term you can and define your success metric before signing rather than after.
Should I build this instead of buying it?
Where you have an SDR or RevOps owner with genuine capacity, a self-built stack is reported to undercut a packaged AI SDR by 60 to 80%, running $500 to $1,500 monthly against $3,000 to $5,000. Without that owner the built system degrades, and a maintained bought product outperforms an unmaintained built one.
